I am the founder of CallowSmith Remote Business Support.
I’m a qualified tradie myself, so I understand firsthand the realities of running a trade-based business. The long days, the juggling of jobs, clients, quotes and invoices – and how quickly admin can pile up when you’re focused on doing the work.
Alongside that, I’ve raised eight children – many of whom have gone on to become tradies themselves – and homeschooled them right through to high school graduation. Managing a large household and education program required structure, planning, organisation and clear communication – skills I now bring into the businesses I support.
I’m practical, calm and solution-focused. I create systems that reduce stress, improve cashflow and give business owners back their time and headspace.
Based in Whakatane, I work remotely with self-employed tradies and small businesses who want reliable support from someone who understands their world.
